There are scratches, stains, and signs of use. The actual item has a bit more red to it. It comes with a brush nozzle, futon nozzle, and mini head. Also, there is a static electricity mop and a hose (I forgot to photograph them). I will ship it in simple packaging. Thank you for your understanding.
