I purchased this at the end of October 2024 and used it for camping twice. Both days were clear, and I pitched the tent on top of a thick blue sheet, so I believe the dirt is minimal. After use, I wiped it down, dried it, and stored it indoors. (Please forgive any remaining leaves or grass that I may have missed) The included pegs are unused. The guy ropes are tied to the tent. All accessories are included, there are no holes, and all zippers move smoothly. Although it says "solo home," my wife, elementary school-aged son, and I were able to sleep inside without any problems (a Coleman inflatable double mat + wide cot fit). The end sections could be used as space to store luggage like clothes, and it could also be used as a family tent. For solo camping, it has a space where you can spend time without stress, it's lightweight, and although it takes some effort to set up, it's easy to pitch and looks beautiful when set up. It was a favorite tent that was well-regarded by my family. I would be happy if someone who can see from the photos that there are no problems understands that this is a used item and will use it.
