I purchased this item new. Please see the photos for the parts. (See photo 9) Operation has been confirmed, and the headlights and taillights have been tested and are working. (See photos 7 and 9) I have checked for scratches and dirt, but there may be small scratches or dirt that I have missed. The outer box has scratches and dirt. This item has been stored at home.
