This is a ceremonial dress from Akachan Honpo that can be washed in a washing machine. The design is such that the two-way all-in-one underneath is mostly hidden when the dress is worn, and the frilly dress is lovely and fluffy. (The organza of the frills is not cheap and flimsy.)
