This is a Patagonia reversible jacket that I bought a few years ago for around 50,000 yen. I wear it once or twice a season, so it's in relatively good condition (with only a little bit of pilling). As the photos show, it's reversible, so you can change your look by turning it inside out, which is convenient. I'm not sure if the size is S or M because I cut off the tag on the collar, but I'm 170cm tall and weigh 63kg, and it fits me with a relaxed feel.
