Examples of Edo Komon patterns. These are not stencil-dyed on fabric, but rather individual prints on paper. I believe they are from around the Meiji era, but the exact date may vary. There are 15 sheets, 30 pages in total, but the string that bound them is missing. Also, it is unknown whether the pages are in their original order. As these are old, there are age-related wear, scratches, stains, discoloration, and yellowing. Size: Approximately 21.5 x 15.5 cm Images 13 and 14 show the pages spread open. Sizes are approximate.
