This is a striped mini-pleated skirt. Please see the third photo for the pleat arrangement. There are two pleats in the front and two in the back. The waist can be adjusted with elastic on the inside. I couldn't select the appropriate size, so I've chosen 130, but the size range displayed is 135-145. Please consider this.
