All contents are new, but The original boxes were damaged (top of photo 4), and after opening the box after purchase, there was only the barrel and no medium nib, so I purchased a 1.0mm nib later. Due to the lack of outer boxes and sets, I have marked it as "no noticeable scratches or stains." I ended up not using them as I was using other pens.
