I thought it was an obi (sash), but when I listed it here, I was told it was a han-eri (collar). The seller was a woman, and she was planning to use it for a festival. I'm not quite sure how to use it. I don't know much about men's or women's items, so I'm not sure. Length (laid flat) is approximately 110 cm. Width is 14 cm.
