This is a Neo Blythe scalp part. It's a foreign-made part and was attached to a Radiance Evolution. The third image shows it attached to a fair-skinned Blythe doll. Only the scalp part in the first image is for sale. Screws are not included. I am not considering lowering the price at this time. I will not respond to price negotiation requests.
