This is a ligature for a bass clarinet, the Bulls Eye reverse-fit type, Rouge EX. It is made of silver. The screw is a seamless, machined brass with a silver-plated ring, and the headstone is pink. I have used it for about a year, and it still functions perfectly with no problems. There are some slight marks on the inside from rubbing against the mouthpiece.
