It has been used outdoors, so there is some dirt, but there are no holes. Please check the images for peeling and lifting of the seam tape in some areas. Please also understand that there may be other oversights. This is a standard Snow Peak product that has been loved for many years. Capacity: 4 people You can raise the panels to utilize the space, use the mesh for insect protection, and it has good ventilation. It also has a skirt, making it a shelter suitable for all seasons. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about the condition. Please understand that this is a used item and accept it as-is, with no returns.
