This item was purchased as a used item from an event, and was originally used on an actual train. I was told by the person in charge that this is a hand strap for the Tokyu 7700 series. As it is a used item, there are some sunspots, scratches, and blackening on the leather part. The part excluding the hand ring is approximately 22cm.
