This is an outdoor tent. Since we also do bonfires, there may be some bonfire smell. There are no holes, tears, or noticeable stains. There may be some dirt as it was used on sand and grass. I think it's a good quality outdoor tent, and it has been used 7 times. After drying and packing up, it is stored in the included bag. Some of the images include a door panel (front curtain) and camping equipment, but they are not included.
