Purchased at the vintage clothing store "lochie" in Harajuku. It's a vintage long coat. As shown in the second photo, there is a stain on the underside of the elbow, but I don't think it's very noticeable. The stitching on the lining was like this from the time of purchase, as shown in the third photo.
