These are boot covers to put over boots or rain boots in the winter. A preschooler used them a few times at the end of last winter. I think the boots were about 19 cm. The part that covers the boots is about 25 cm from top to bottom. The elastic is still in good condition. The name written on the inside will be blacked out before shipping.
