This is an old glass "ishikeri" (a type of Japanese game played with small stones or glass pieces). It's smaller than a regular ishikeri, so I think it's fair to call it a "mame-keri" (small ishikeri). The center of the surface is indented, and there's an embossed image of the Rising Sun flag inside. There is some wear, but there are no noticeable chips or scratches, and I think it can be considered a beautiful item. Please check the photos for other detailed conditions and size.
