The accessories are as shown in the photos, and it is for use with a monitor arm or wall mounting. However, although the condition is clean, the screws for the arm attachment remain attached and cannot be removed (see photo 5). It should be stable with just three points, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. Also, I do not smoke, but due to the fact that I purchased it used, there is a slight odor.
