Made in 1989. This is a set of 20 pencils featuring Sanrio's character "Minna no Tabo." They are no longer in production and are likely difficult to find in stores. These are individual pencils, not a set. They were stored in a clear case with other pencils. Due to poor storage conditions, there is some discoloration, staining, and uneven coloring. Also, as they are old, there may be damage that is not visible from the outside. To avoid any issues, those who are concerned about the condition should refrain from purchasing.
