This is a PENTAX reverse adapter K49. It's an adapter for attaching a lens with a 49mm filter thread in reverse to a Pentax K-mount body. Made by PENTAX. By attaching a standard lens in reverse, you can take close-up shots. Please see the photos for details. There are some scratches etc. from normal use.
