This is an electric heater from Hitachi. I am selling it because my child no longer uses it. There is some rust around the wire mesh on the main body, and there are some other minor stains. There are no problems with its use; it heats up quickly when turned on. This is a used item, so please consider this before purchasing. No returns or refunds.
