I bought this at Shibuya 109 a few years ago. I've only worn it a few times, so it's in very good condition. You can wear it off-the-shoulder or normally. The pattern is probably floral? Or maybe palm trees? It's cute! The elastic is strong, so it stayed in place comfortably when worn off-the-shoulder. The length is just about at my belly button, and I'm 165cm tall.
