Purchased at a long-established stationery store. I took the blue one out of the bag to check it, but it is completely [new] and [unused]. It seems to be from the late Showa to early Heisei era. The paint is unopened, so I don't know what it's like. A brush is included, and I will also include 3 flat brushes. There are no pets or smokers.
