It is an older type and seems to be discontinued now. It is designed for easy assembly. Once you have provisionally assembled it, simply insert the cloud-shaped pegs above the windows. The pegs come in long and short sizes; the shorter ones are for the second level. The handle rod can be removed from one side. The roof simply hangs in place. There are no instructions, so please refer to the images for assembly. The soft colors are unobtrusive, so I used it to display my collection of floppy dolls' furniture and retro gacha toys. You can also use the front parts as shelves for your collection. Overall, I think it is in good, beautiful condition, but please consider that there may be some minor discoloration or scratches. Due to shipping costs, it will be sent disassembled. It is a very cute house. It seems to be the right size for Sylvanian Families. It is 58cm tall, 43cm wide, and 36cm deep.
