This is Mal's costume from Descendants. I purchased it on Mercari about five years ago. It was handmade by the previous seller and is of very high quality. There are some areas where the paint is peeling, and some areas where other colors have bled onto it, which I've marked with circles as best as I can. I think it would be fine if you repainted it.
