I've used this for about six months, but no longer need it. The adhesive from the sticker is still on the part that was attached, but I will send it as is. It will be shipped without batteries. For shipping reasons, I will ship it without the box. If you need the box, I will add 300 yen for shipping. Please be sure to comment beforehand.
