I purchased this item new and used it a few times. While there are some minor scratches that are noticeable upon close inspection, the exterior is in good condition. The gears have a rough feel. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about the condition, as this is a used item. The original box is included. How about it for the upcoming area trout season?
