This is a sequined hip scarf. It's a nice accent for a skirt, but it gets incredibly tangled during storage. There are also some tears due to the tangling. Therefore, besides using it as a hip scarf, you could also disassemble it and use the sequins as craft materials. Please understand that this is an imported item, so in addition to age-related deterioration, there may be some loose threads or imperfect stitching. There is one cat in the house. I am taking great care to prevent cat hair from getting on the item, but please be aware of this if you have allergies or are concerned.
