This is a long-sleeved Saint James Ouessant Melange cut-and-sew shirt. It's from the 80s-90s. The color looks gray (and it has since I bought it), but it was labeled as black. It looks like heather gray in person. Size T5 (equivalent to M-L) The neckline looks a little yellowed, but I think the stain is so light that you wouldn't notice it unless someone pointed it out.
