Purchased in the fall of 2024 for spinning rockfish. Mainly used to target kiji-hata (yellow-cheeked rockfish), aka-hata (red rockfish), and oomon-hata (gold-spotted rockfish) in areas like the rocky shores and tetrapod zones of fishing ports with a depth of 5-6 meters. The recommended weight is 40g MAX, but I usually used 7g-14g Texas rigs and direct rigs. I've also cast 30g metal jigs several times, and I think it casts well and is easy to one-pitch jerk. I usually bring both my eging rod and my rockfish rod, and I used this rod for rockfish occasionally, so it hasn't been used much and is relatively clean. I usually fish for rockfish with bait tackle, but spinning rockfish is also recommended for light rockfishing. There is some shine on the grip. I purchased another rod last fall, and I'm selling this one because I haven't been using it. The only included accessory is the rod bag. *Please note that there may be overlooked minor scratches or stains due to amateur inspection.
