I deconstructed, washed, and ironed a vintage Oshima Tsumugi silk kimono with its stitching still intact. Then, I joined only the narrow sections (18 cm wide) to create an autumn-colored skirt. Oshima Tsumugi is smooth and lightweight, making it easy to move in and perfect for travel. It doesn't shrink when washed, and ironing is easy. The length can be adjusted up to a maximum of 83 cm.
