This is a Nagoya obi by Chieko Tsuda. It was made relatively soon after she began katazome dyeing. I received it directly from her, but I haven't had the opportunity to wear kimono, so it has been stored in a chest of drawers without being used even once. I couldn't think of any other ways to use it as an obi, so I decided to offer it for sale, hoping someone else will use it. Her recent works include a signature, but this obi does not have one.
