I bought this outdoor long skirt at Workman. It has a comfortable elastic waist. It comes with a belt for some adjustment. The photo might make it look thin, but it's a sturdy khaki with ivory accents. I've worn it twice and then stored it. Please be aware of this. Thank you for looking.
