Please install at your own risk. *To install, remove the handle, open the gear side body with five screws, and the gears will come out. Clean the drag disc mounting part of the drive gear and the ratchet gear with parts cleaner, etc., and replace the original drag discs.* *Do not apply grease to the drag discs during installation. They are a dry type.* *Drag discs are consumables.* In field tests, even with the original product, the drag would slip when strongly enticing with a 40-gou tenya load, even when the star drag handle was tightened 100%. However, after replacing with the reinforced drag disc, slippage did not occur even with a 50-gou tenya load when tightened only 60% to 70% of the original drag. Moreover, the ideal drag feeling allows the line to come out nicely when the fish runs.
