It is believed to be from around the 1930s to 1950s. Regarding the condition, there are no particularly noticeable chips or cracks. There may be slight scratches, but it is in very good condition for a vintage item. As part of the product's original quality, there may be slight discoloration, very small black spots, minor irregularities, or the adhesion of small fragments.
