There are no noticeable scratches or broken belts. The battery was replaced, but it does not work, so it is being sold as junk. Would anyone who can repair it or use it for parts be interested? This item was purchased from a Snap-on sales van. I believe the production run was limited at the time. There is no box or instruction manual. Only the item itself is included. Thank you.
