The coating is peeling off, so it can't be used as a frying pan, but it's very easy to use as a pot. It's convenient to add water or seasonings, or to release steam, from the handle of the dedicated glass lid. I threw away the box and forgot the brand, but I think it's a Remi Pan. It's used, so there are scratches and stains, but it's made of durable material and can still be used normally as a pot. Please note that returns are not accepted.
