The outer arm parts (B4 and C2) are unused and not assembled. The parts bag is torn and has been taped. Please be aware that the set of parts with the orange head parts may come loose during shipping. The instruction manual and box have scratches, stains, and wrinkles. Nipper and file are included. This is a used item that is partially assembled. Please refrain from purchasing if you have any concerns about the condition.
