It is functioning normally, but please be aware that not all functions can be tested. It is running Windows 10 Home. Protective films are applied to the top cover, bottom surface, and LCD screen. The film on the top cover has scratches, and dust has gotten inside the "VAIO" logo. There are minor scratches from use, but I don't think there are any noticeable large scratches. Please check the product photos for the condition. The batteries (both standard and high-capacity) can be charged and started, but they do not last long. The accessories are those shown in the photos (the stand they are on is not included). Two batteries are included: a standard type and a high-capacity type.
