This is a Giant Twin Tail figure, a 1991 reproduction by Bandai using the Bullmark molds, commemorating the 25th anniversary of Ultraman. It appeared in episodes 5, "Assault on Tokyo by Two Giant Monsters," and 6, "Showdown! Monsters vs. MAT." The original figure had a flesh-colored base, but this reproduction is molded in a vibrant yellow, giving it a pop-art feel. The upper tentacles are sprayed with paint in the wrong direction.
