This is an Electro-Harmonix micro Q-Tron. It powers on, and bypass works fine when the switch is off, but when the switch is pressed, no sound comes out. If you listen very closely, you can hear it faintly. I tried to repair it myself, but I couldn't fix it, so I recommend it to someone who can repair it themselves.
