Wrap it around your hand, write directly on it with an oil-based ballpoint pen, and erase with an eraser, so you can use it repeatedly. It won't erase even if it gets wet. It has ruled lines. It seems that nurses, caregivers, and people who tend to forget things are using it. I have stored it at home, so please understand this before purchasing.
