With one Shinkansen set, it is possible to build different trains by rearranging the parts, but some vehicles cannot be built simultaneously due to a lack of parts. This set allows you to combine parts from two sets to build all the train types (pictured) perfectly. Furthermore, this set includes extra parts to allow you to build three-car formations, including the tail car, for train types that typically only allow for the construction of a two-car formation (lead car and middle car) in a standard set. For these reasons, there are two instruction sheets. The box is a single, flat piece of cardboard. This item was played with by a child, so there are minor scratches, dirt, missing stickers, and roughly applied stickers. Please check the images for the detailed condition.
