Kimekomi Hina dolls. These are elegant and gentle-faced Hina dolls with soft, round faces. The Hina and Dairi dolls are looking at each other, which makes you feel warm and fuzzy just by looking at them. The kimono is also carefully made, with layered collars and obiage. The gorgeous costumes and golden crowns are characteristic of these antique Hina dolls. They have been displayed in the back of the display shelf at my parents' house for a long time. I believe they are about 50 years old. There are no maker's marks or wooden tags. The kimonos have blackening and fading due to aging. Also, there are two mysterious holes in the sleeve of the Dairi doll. There are small fabric peels on the base and the bottom of the Dairi doll. The faces of the Hina dolls are free of dirt and scratches. Please refer to the photos.
