This is a tile made by NGK Spark Plug Co., Ltd. One tile. 11 x 11 cm Marked "N.T.K JAPAN". It's an old item. The design on the front has no cracks or stains. The back has some stains. Why not use it for interior decoration or DIY as a tile?
