When I visited the Osaka-Kansai Expo, I received this from a kind staff member at the Spanish Pavilion, who offered it to my family. It's a valuable item from the current event (Asturias?), apparently only given to staff. I thought this would be my first and last expo, and I'm not collecting badges, so I'm offering it for sale in the hopes that it will go to a collector. It's unopened, still in the bag as I received it. There may be initial scratches, but I couldn't see any with the naked eye. Thank you for your understanding.
