It's a bow tie. I bought it at Banana Republic a few years ago and never used it. The size is adjustable. The ribbon part is 12 centimeters. It has an easy-to-wear color and pattern, and I think it would be great for weddings, after-parties, and other parties. I'd like to give it to someone who will use it. (^^)
