After purchasing new, I played it a few times on a player and PC, and then stored it at home. The included items are all shown in the photos. Due to the age, there are scratches and marks on the surface of the paper jacket and plastic case. There may also be scratches that are not visible in the photos, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. The disc surface has no scratches and played without any problems.
