Although it's cotton, the front is lace (it's see-through because there's no cotton backing). From the crotch, the back is cotton rib. The size is small, but it's about a Japanese M size. I'm quite a clean freak, so I pay attention to hygiene, but it's been stored in a personal dresser by an amateur.
