Please be sure to read my profile. While I personally don't see any noticeable scratches or signs of use, there are minor scratches from use. Since there are not many signs of use and it is relatively clean, I will categorize it as "No noticeable scratches or dirt." Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive. Please judge from the images. The accessories are as shown in the images. The winding feel is subjective, so it's just my opinion, but I think it's good. If you are not satisfied, please consider it for overhaul.
